Vivera were kind enough to gift us some of their new plant beef strips to try through the #abillion team. These #vivera beef strips are really lovely. I made a teriyaki sauce & served with peppers, onions and edamame. Loved the taste and the texture of the beef strips and looking forward to all the other dishes I can make with them!
