Review of vegan block - Applewood by ecoveg

Just when thought potatoes wouldn’t get any better. 🥲 I made mash potatoes for dinner the previous night and I was seeing how I could incorporate them into breakfast the next morning and potato pancakes sounded pretty delicious! It was pretty good! I would make it again! I could taste the cheese mildly. The texture of the cheese didn’t taste gooey melted but blended in with the potato pancakes. I do like this brand of cheese though.
