These Siggis yogurts are ridiculously good! They really came in handy while my mother n law was in hospital! For her and for us family visiting and/or staying with her.
We all enjoyed these. Whole Foods had them on sale and I pretty much grabbed one of each flavor to give flavor options to all. You all know I’m the #berrylover so this was my 1st choice to try!
Great source of #plantprotein, lower in sodium and sugar. I would like the saturated fat and sugar to be lower but I’ll be honest that these are very tasty and worth the try!
Definitely better than putting your $ to the cruel animal industry!
