One of the most delightful desserts I’ve had!

The menu said the following: ‘warm chocolate brownie, chocolate ganache, meringue & ginger’ and I was interested to see what form the ginger would take. Fortunately it was ginger crumble which I enjoyed a lot! The ganache was decadent and perfectly smooth and the brownie was chewy and sweet. I’m not a huge fan of meringues but super cool that vegan meringues exist! The balance of flavours and textures was spot on, making this one of the best dishes I’ve had the pleasure of eating.

Gorgeous presentation and the addition of coconut shavings elevated this dish even more. What an absolute treat!

Great value at R75 and awesome friendly service at Pear Tree Bistro 😄
