Buffalo Street Tacos

The Groovy Floret

This consisted of 3 soft tacos filled with spicy Buffalo jackfruit and cauliflower, vegan green goddess ranch, cabbage, and celery.  These were lively, flavorful, and fun.  Served with Oregon-made @juanitasfinefoods tortilla chipsand a lively, tangy, medium spicy green salsa.
