This consisted of organic kale and cabbage with maple BBQ cauliflower and jackfruit, apple cider vinaigrette, chopped organic apples, vegan cotija, and spiced pepitas. It was lively, refreshing, and nourishing, with a wonderful mix of savory, sweet, and tangy. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and 10% of the proceeds will benefit Wildlings Forest Animal Rescue & Sanctuary.
