Raw Carrot Cake at Alchemy Uluwatu — Tessa's Review (Nov 10, 2023)

It looks like all I do is eat at this restaurant and heat up soup which is kinda true lately 🤣 it's just the best healthy vegan option near me so I find myself a frequent visitor. This #carrotcake is #rawvegan so it has a very dense texture. Other than the carrots I think the bulk of it is #dates and #oats. It has a lovely spice to it as a carrot cake should and the #cashew frosting is thick and just the right amount of sweetness. I like that the whole thing isn't too sweet but still #sweettooth friendly. This #cake is very filling and wholesome , for me that equals a win and I do recommend to try it out ! The orange peel on top is a nice touch too )
