I could not get a great photo of this, which is too bad because this was DELICIOUS. If you're looking for #vegan lasagna in Columbus, this is absolutely the best! It's cooked perfectly, and the filling has such a great meaty texture from the mushrooms. The filling also has kale, eggplant, marinara sauce, and #dairyfree cheese. It was excellent. The noodles were also delicious and cooked perfectly. No hard or rough, dried out pieces, which has been my experience with others. This container is one order and one serving size, which is perfect for sharing even. They also have an Alfredo Lasanga as well, that I can't wait to try! I love how they always incorporate healthy veggies and vegan #protein sources from whole foods in their meals! It's truly great! Willowbeez is located in the North Market in Downtown Columbus!
