Maple Syrup by Trader Joe's — beckyyy's Review (Nov 5, 2023)

This maple syrup is delicious! I enjoy using maple syrup in baking and cooking recipes as a sweetener. I’ve used other varieties and brands throughout the years but this one is an easy go-to.

I recently used this syrup in my latest bagel batch. These are definitely the most tasty so far! I followed the recipe below except I:
1. Skipped the cinnamon sugar step, electing to add the cinnamon and some cardamom directly to the dough instead and ditch the extra sugar
2. Used a TBSP of non-dairy creamer for the “egg” wash
3. Used a bit less raisins as I ran out
