Lasagna Pura at Pura Vita — Kate's Review (Nov 2, 2023)

How absolutely stunning is the presentation of this lasagna?! My friend who is not vegan at all, cautiously joined another friend and myself to dinner last night. He’s dairy free and usually garlic makes him a little sick to his stomach. He lost his mind over how delicious and amazing this lasagna was though and swears to come back for it. The garlic didn’t negatively effect him at all. Now I can’t wait to order it and try it for myself next time!!!
