Vegan Nasi Campur at Bali Buda — Tessa's Review (Nov 1, 2023)

A really well done wholesome #nasicampur from Bali Buda, the health food chain on Bali. I ordered through Grab and was impressed with the choices of rice and other options to customise. I choose the organic #redrice and yes to the #peanutsauce. I loved the greens and sprouts , #coconut and #tofu ! The dish was very heavy on the kacang goreng (fried mung bean) and I don't care for those so I didn't fully finish that. I could taste subtly the sambal matah lingering in the background and wanted more #welikeitspicy! Overall this was a nice satisfying dinner on a busy day.
