These ribs are great! I know they are expensive and quite tricky to get online, but they are just the bomb - I bought 2 and cooked them for my family and we were just amazed how tender and tasty they were. I need to understand what to do with the edible bones, as the air fryer made them not that edible - but other than that, I will definitely buy them again!
