Omg! This is so delicious! Subtle yet sweet with a lovely lemon meringue flavor. Too sad that they’re so small! I’d seen these before, but they seemed pricey, and I wasn’t even sure I was going to like them. However, they were on sale over the summer at Whole Foods, and I couldn’t resist checking them out for my friends at abillion.
One (43g) package of two cups contains 210 calories from 17g of fat (11g of saturated fat from coconut and cashew), 17g of carbs and 3g of protein.
These are currently on sale till the end of this month at Whole Foods for $2.79 ($2.59 with Prime), regularly priced at $3.79.
