Everything I have tried at True Food Kitchen has been delicious. They really know what they're doing when pairing flavors. This had rainbow carrots, bok choy, green beans, Broccoli, charred onions, snap Peas, pickled shitake, avocado and "chef Matt's magical dust" over brown rice. I added smoked tempeh. It doesn't look like much, but it was filling enough to take some home for leftovers. Also #glutenfree. They have a rotating seasonal menu where they use whatever is in season #locallysourced. It feels clean and nourishing.
