This bowl was also delicious. It had broccoli, rainbow carrots, bok choy, mushrooms, quinoa and

brown rice with toasted sesame. It was also topped with an avocado that did get a bit brown because we had to do carryout, due to covid. The veggies were extremely fresh tasting and the teriyaki sauce was delicious! #veganin2020

i have never been disappointed with their food. i can't think of a better way

This dish was for my toddlers to share. They really liked the carrots, avocado and

green beans. I would love to see a vegan option on the kids menu here


Everything I have tried at True Food Kitchen has been delicious. They really know what

they're doing when pairing flavors. This had rainbow carrots, bok choy, green beans, Broccoli, charred onions, snap Peas, pickled shitake, avocado and "chef Matt's magical dust" over brown rice. I added smoked tempeh. It doesn't look like much, but it was filling enough to take some home for leftovers. Also #glutenfree. They have a rotating seasonal menu where they use whatever is in season #locallysourced. It feels clean and nourishing.
