Review of Seitan stew with nokedli dumplings at Kozmosz Vegán Étterem by stevenneoh

They called it a traditional #hungarian #stew and so I fell for it 😅 In the end the #seitan ended up being a bit monotonous, for much that I enjoyed the red sauce at first. The #nokedli were described as little #gnocchi, but actually I prefer gnocchi large, because then you get the clear contrast between the two flavours and textures 🤨 The staff at this café were so sweet and welcoming though, I actually feel bad giving this underwhelming review 😥
