A novelty by Planted that replicates Asian-style sweet and sour duck - it is indeed quite sweet, so it's probably better suited for Asian recipes.
I cooked it with several spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, anise, chili), leeks and red peppers, and then braised it in beer for about 1hr - replicating a Chinese recipe that I found online. Another positive note is that it doesn't fall apart when cooked for a long time.
The nutritional values are really good as well.
If you used to like duck I definitely suggest it, and I will be adding it to my meal rotation.
