These consisted of soy protein wrapped around a sugar cane bone smothered in sharp, rich, and hot Buffalo sauce. The crispy, meaty 🐥-free wings have a stunningly bird-like flavor and texture. They are not only vegan, but also gluten-free. Served with celery and a cool and creamy ranch dip.
