Iced Coffee With Oat Milk at Cafe Soleil — Sarah's Review (Oct 26, 2023)

This place is worth the stop before a long day of hiking in Zion NP. They have some vegan options on their menu, and sell vegan Alternative Baking Company cookies as well. This iced coffee hit the spot and they put a generous amount of oat milk in it. The coffee was smooth and not bitter. A large 24oz was just what I needed!
