These bars are a decent way to curb hunger but leave a lot to be desired. They’re sweet and crunchy but I do wish they were a little bit bigger, and higher in protein and calories.
The cardboard box is #recyclable but the plastic wrappers are not.
They also contain soy and pistachio nuts so if you have a soy or tree nut allergy, these aren’t the protein bars for you.
