Bagels aren’t that common in grocery stores here, but I’ve been wanting to try some for a while.
The flavour is as expected from reguslar white #wheat bread. Mild and comforting. It is definitely a sweet type of bread and I do enjoy that!
The texture is nice and soft. Yet very compact and not that fluffy. But in a very good way. They toast very well due to this, so it makes sense that I see everybody toasting their #bagels. The crust feels slightly thick and mildly crispy when baked for the low end of the recommended time. They’re pretty chewy, which I really like.
It is marked as vegan. The products is also #palmoilfree. Contains soy.
đź’µ~65 NOK at Rema. Very expensive for bread! Contains 6 large bagels.
