Tantan ramen at TowZen or Mamezen — Valentina's Review (Oct 25, 2023)

Another day in Japan and another #ramen.
This restaurant was a little out of the center of Kyoto, but I gladly made the walk to this fully #veganrestaurant. It was a peaceful walk where I got to see some quiet residential areas.
This restaurant was really super cute, from the garden entrance, to their no-shoes rule, and the intimate environment.
You got to choose many features of the ramen to adapt it to your taste: quantity of noodles, spiciness, added ingredients etc. I chose zero spiciness because I have no tolerance, but maybe I could have chosen at least level one, because in this was they were a little bland.
Even so, I really liked the meal, the #soymilk broth and the #soymeat were really tasty.🇯🇵
