Fettuccine Alfredo at Vegan Korner — Tricia A's Review (Oct 20, 2023)

The fettuccine #alfredo at Vegan Korner is the most amazingly #delicious #pasta dish I’ve eaten in a long time. Honestly, I am hooked. I don’t know what they put in the cheese sauce but it is creamy and not sticky like some #vegan #cheese sauces. You can add toppings to this dish like soy chicken, artichoke hearts, olives, etc but it tastes amazing all by itself. The fettuccine noodles are perfectly Al dente and somehow they don’t get mushy even though we get this as takeout and get enough to eat leftovers the next day. Even reheated, pasta is perfect and the sauce is still #creamy. I think they finish this in the pizza oven so it gets just a little caramelized around the edges. Yum!!
