The smash mouth and you can get it as a bowl, wrap, or salad. I went for the bowl. It has Maple-glazed roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, grilled tofu, basmati rice, arugula, Greek dressing, and vegan mayo. Be sure to specify no goat cheese and it’s vegan! Of course I got it without.

This dish had layers and layer of flavor. It was a nice, well rounded meal. Pretty wonderful and I would highly recommend and get again. Yum!
