Mock Chicken Quesadilla at The Fat Cactus Gardens — catherinews's Review (Oct 19, 2023)

I love how many items on Fat Cactus’ menu can be made vegan, including these quesadillas. I couldn’t really taste the vegan cheese but the mock chicken was great as were the corn, guacamole and salsa. It was a little spicier than anticipated but nothing crazy. I also expected the wrap to be soft but it was slightly crispy which was actually pretty good. I prefer the mock chicken tacos but this made for a nice change.

A little pricey at R170 but you can get more affordable fillings like refried beans or grilled vegetables.
