Tasted good,a lemonade on steroids. Not sure how beneficial this is. One strain of probiotic of which dont know the amount, dont know if alive. Outside of that, ingredient list is meh. Got this for little over a dollar after discounts, wont buy again. Like the glass, plastic cap not so much . #organic
