This was a very different dish - and great that they have vegan options! The base is kind of like a warm savoury doughnut and the toppings are cold. It was good but I don’t think the vegetables added anything - they were a bit weird with the cold cheese but warm base. I’d have the standard vegan sour cream and vegan cheese next time.
