Ginkgo Claypot Noodle Soup at Grand Vege Creative 素膳 — Steven Neoh's Review (Oct 16, 2023)

Okay, so admittedly this looks like prison slop, but believe me when I say that it was absolutely mindbogglingly delicious! It was unexpectedly #spicy 🔥 and the #soy #tofu whatever gave the broth a nice texture to complement the #noodles. There were some pieces of #gingko nut, and a few shreds of #cabbage, but they don't steal the show 😉
