Viva La Vegan Scramble at Hob Nob Restaurant — geneogden's Review (Oct 15, 2023)

This tofu scramble was one of the best I’ve had. Seasoned perfectly with lots of veggies, mushrooms, and black beans. The potatoes were off the charts! This is an old (est. 1970) diner style restaurant in Tacoma, WA and the ambiance and vibe was wonderful! I’d probably go back almost every weekend if I lived in Tacoma. The scramble was 16.99 + $1.99 extra for Field Roast chorizo. I got multi-grain toast with vegan margarine that was included. Plenty of food! I also got an OJ for $3.99 and a cup of coffee for $3.99. They had a machine that makes fresh-squeezed OJ right at the counter, but it wasn’t working when I was in. Altogether a wonderful breakfast experience!
