Soybean meat salt tanmen at Tsukemen zuppa — izumi's Review (Oct 15, 2023)

It was my first time eating hot ramen at this restaurant, and it was the most delicious. Tanmen soup is usually made with chicken stock, but I have never had ramen with such a deep flavor made from vegetables. It is recommended.
ここのお店で温かいラーメンを食べたのが初めてでしたが、一番美味しいです。 タンメンのスープは普通鶏ガラなどで取りますが、野菜でここまで深みのある味わいのラーメンは食べたことがありません。 お勧めです🥰
