This was truly an amazing vegan burger. It’s got beetroot, lettuce, a vegan patty, some caramelised onions, smashed avos and roasted pumpkin. All the great stuff in between two soft burger buns. And as if that’s not enough, a little basket of chips and a couple of hash browns.
