Salad Lunch Set at CHOICE — Valentina's Review (Oct 11, 2023)

Not a typical Japanese meal, but I was curious to try the homemade vegan cheese in this restaurant, so I got this salad as I also needed some fresh veggies, and let me tell you, this cheese was so accurate!!
They had two options of cheese: the smokey one or the one with Japanese pepper, I chose the former and it was indeed smokey and salty and a perfect balance to the fresh salad.
The lunch set also included rice and a soup.
Would definitely recommend trying the cheese here!
