Absolutely delicious bowl! Quinoa, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, leek, cauliflower (in Autumn, the vegetables change with the season), and the lentil patty was really good and especially the beetroot ketchup was amazing. Balanced and incredibly tasty for how simple the meal looks. Also gluten-free I think, idk if always.
