although i love a good reuben, i was overall unimpressed by this one. the bread was very good, and i love a classic dark rye, but i found the bread to be completely soaked through with the interior wetness of the sandwich. it was also not exactly “pressed,” and kind of tasted like raw bread rather than pressed or toasted. the filling was again, tasty, but extremely lacking in portion size. there was hardly any sauerkraut, and what felt like only a few slices of seitan pastrami. even though all components of this sandwich tasted great and were generally well-seasoned, there just wasn’t enough of them to justify me getting this sandwich again. it felt like mostly soggy bread.
