My first real Japanese ramen and the best ramen I have ever had!! It was a Vegan Kobonshan. The broth was heavenly, umami-filled, with so much garlic oil, it was a dream. There were many veggies, most of which I wouldn’t be able to name, and a grilled smoky meat that was really the cherry on top.
And all this quality and quantity for the affordable price of 1180¥.
Just wow. 😮
