Coletta is such a beautiful restaurant. The menu is quite extensive so it was very difficult to choose what to eat. The potato and rosemary pizza was an amazing choice. I've never tasted a pizza like this one before. It had a perfect mix of sweet and savory elements that I never thought would go well together.
