After a parade of gentle #veganappetizers and one crunchy punchy main, came this more powerful addition to the dinner table 🫨 and the only warm one, at that 😂

Despite #tomyum dishes being a typically heavy contender, this (like all of @afterglow’s offerings) was pleasantly light 😋 There was @dafnelately more sweet than savoury present. The soft and perfectly cooked #zuchinni noodles were the perfect vessel for the almost-perfect sauce 😛 It had a decent amount of spice that worked harmoniously with the umami of #mushrooms. Though, I must admit the participation of the #capsicum A.K.A. #bellpeppers were just not my favourite 😅 as well as the understandably excessive #cherrytomatoes

$22 may be the least value compared to the other dishes of the night but I respect the quality nonetheless 🫡

I’d recommend this to the #zoodles fans out there 👌 #veganisnotscary
