Review of Raw Crispy Lasagne at Afterglow By Anglow by m1tch9i

If I had to pick, I’d say this dish would be the best representation of @afterglow’s unique cuisine 🤗 It’s not everyday you come across not only a raw but #crispy #lasagne 🤯

It seems almost every dish comes with a side of greens but I’m not complaining for the refreshing quality it provides 😙 What you see are crisp layered #zuchinni sheets. That’s right! 😜 In between them, comes a most crunchworthy experience of #spinach, minced #walnuts, #shitakemushrooms, and dehydrated #cherrytomatoes 🤤 It’s just a sea of sweets and savouries with the natural conclusion of mouth-watering #cashewcream 😋 And i do love me a good crunch 💥

I’ve paid more than $24 for far inferior lasagnes so I’d easily give this a 10/10 😝

Who ever said #veganfood couldn’t be great? #veganisnotscary 😜 though trying to split this tower to share was just a little bit 🫣
