I think it’s fair to say that #roasted #cauliflower is always in vogue 😎 You wanna throw some #cheese on there too!? I ain’t complainin’ 😏
With our dear #vegan compatriots @misskittysfantadisco @waterlily gathered for @dafnelately’s celebration, this was a unanimously voted pick 🤪 Even without the side of refreshing greens, this #cheesy affair wasn’t actually that heavy! 😝 I do wish the cauliflower bites had a crispy crust but the more health-conscious nature of @afterglow had to go soft 😗 It was still a huge hit though! It had just the right amount of light saltiness to let the #cashewcheese shine 🤩 It felt close to those more nacho cheese types to give it that punch of flavour!
I think $11 is actually pretty great value for the quality and freshness they put out here! 😋
It’s certainly a great dish for sharing, I’ll say! 😊 #veganisnotscary
