Last time I encountered a vegan croissant was in #montreal and I didn’t like it, it was crispy alrite but the texture s almost like your eating deep fried stuff.
This one tho is flaky, wheaty(not sure if this way of describing it can be compliant if but it is a very positive thing for me), and most importantly affordable.
