Potato gnocchi tossed in fresh citrus herbed pesto with dollop of creamy garlic whipped feta. Served with Parmesan, chili flakes & toasted pumpkin seeds.
This is a more delicate dish for Meet - most other options are like big ‘tough’ blokes waking around rippling their muscles in little tank tops - the feta & garlic pesto are very reminiscent of authentic Italian cuisine and we really enjoyed the crunch of seeds.
