Vegan Seasonal Fall at Pico — Jeanne's Review (Oct 4, 2023)

This might actually be one of the best pizzas I have ever had ❤️‍🔥 It has butternut squash purée and cashew cream as a basis, and is topped with pickled brown beech mushroom, sage, toasted pumpkin seeds and olive oil. The combination is one of a kind and everything comes together so well. Note that this pizza combines sweet and savoury flavours so if you’re not into this you might want to try Pico’s other vegan options (they have plenty!!) 🍕

Pico’s pizza are “tiny” pizzas in size but don’t fall for it, they’re mighty in taste!! They serve smaller pizzas so people can try several, which I find to be a good idea! You can have 3 small pizzas for 150dkk, otherwise each pizza is priced 55dkk. I would recommend ordering 2 pizzas, which I found perfectly filling already! Considering the quality of the ingredients and well thought recipes used, I would say it’s super worth the price 😁
