These didn't really taste like traditional snickerdoodle. The texture was definitely off, a bit like a grainy shortbread. I still liked the flavour - the cinnamon came through nicely and it was mildly sweet.
I saw this when I was in a loooong lineup at Marshall's and was in the mood for a post shopping car snack.
