So this tasted just as good as the Muller Rice pots! But you get a lot more!! You can also add whatever you like: custard, jam, berries, coulis...

Here's the slow cooker recipe I used:

15g butter
100g pudding rice
750ml oat milk
25g caster sugar, ideally golden caster sugar

Line the dish with the butter, throw everything else in and stir. Cook on low for four hours.

Next time I intend to try using a little less butter and sugar, but I'll be experimenting!
