Tofu scramble with all the fixings!! Amy’s makes some really good microwave meals and this one I’m not gonna lie is hearty and tasty! I just needed to add hot sauce cuz you know #welikeitspicy 🥵🌶️😉!!! Loaded with veggies, spices, and nooch and served with a side of hash browns with a little tomato sauce I think. This I kid you not is a good portion that will keep you full for hours!
I actually ate in pita sandwiches with melted cheese toasted in the airfryer!
Oh man was this good! I actually ate this for lunch!
Great source of #plantprotein and #fiber!
