This aubergine was served with wilted greens and a vegan labneh.

I love eating at this plant-based, environment-focused cafe. The menu rotates based on what seasonal produce is available. The flavors and textures of this dish were delicious, but I felt it was lacking a grain or piece of bread to soak up all the saucy bits. #veganyork #harissa 🍆
