I love eating at this plant-based, environment-focused cafe. The menu rotates based on what seasonal produce is available so the specials are always slightly different. This aubergine parmesan sandwich was tasty! Lovely sourdough and made completely to order. 🍆 #sandwich #veganyork #seasonal
