Vegetable Egg Rolls

I really liked the egg roll part .. we did them in the #airfryer ..  not fond of the sauce. 
Nice crispy crust.. nice mix of veggies inside. 
And yes these are on a paper plate.. lazy rainy Thursday 🤣
#cardboard is #recyclable
