My last night in Vietnam! 🥺 which we ended with a feast!!

These quesadillas we're suuuper cheesy. But like, very distinctly cashew cheesy, not so typical quesadilla melted cheese kinda stuff.
But still loved it! It worked really well with the spinach I think.

This restaurant in general is just so cute and I love their positivity around veganism ♥️
