Guess we were feeling schmancy.. Never tried caviar before so we have nothing to compare this to. But it looked fun so we ordered it. Unless you miss your caviar since turning vegan, I believe it’s just one of those things to do once just for the experience.

It was basically a bunch of seaweed pearls infused in different flavours to create the caviar look and taste. There was one that imitated salmon roe, and also nother that had wasabi in em.
